Truliant Amphitheater address is 707 Pavilion Boulevard, Charlotte, NC 28262.
There are a total of 4 entrance gates to the facility. Gates 2 and 3 are available for use regardless of the ticket type. There is 1 Fast Lane Gate located adjacent to Gate 2. You must have your Fast Lane pass to utilize this gate. The VIP Club has a separate entry gate located at Gate 1. All guests using this gate must be VIP clients and have the appropriate ticket. Gate 4 is primarily used for high capacity concerts.
If you have a bag it can be checked at every lane.
All of our events are all ages. Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent's lap.
ALL points of sale including premier parking, merchandise, food & beverage will ONLY accept debit, credit or mobile pay (Apply Pay or Google Pay). All main concession stands take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. All merchandise stands take all major credit cards.
For fans that wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be available at the upsell tent, located in both the North and South concession plazas.
You can access our Fan Wifi (Free_Fan_Wifi) when you're on site at Truliant Amphitheater.
First Aid is located Mid North Plaza. We have trained medical personnel that are able to assist with any issue you encounter. We have EMTS on site throughout the duration of the event that can transport guests if needed. If you have medication that you need stored in a refrigerator please go to First Aid and our medical staff will assist you. If you have a condition that requires you to use a needle for medication while you are here- please do so in our medical office so the syringe can be properly disposed of.
In the event of an emergency while on site- the venue has trained paramedics to assist with any medical issues. First aid is located mid-North Plaza (as you face the stage, the plaza to your left) but any staff member with a radio can dispatch First Aid to the location needed. Local law enforcement officers are also on site for every event and can assist if needed or requested. Venue management works closely with all appropriate emergency agencies and services to ensure that we are up to date on any dangerous weather or potential crowd related issues. In the event of a weather emergency- we will communicate with guests that are inside of the facility as well as guests on their way to the venue.
We will communicate updates with guests via. our video screens in the venue and concession stands, email, text messages and posts on our social media pages.
Any items lost during an event may be collected at Guest Services, located at Gate 2. If your item is not with Guest Services, please check online the next day for all items found during the event you attended and/or call the main office at (704) 549-1292. Arrangements will be made for pickup during non-event days.

Box Office & Ticket Information
The Box Office at Truliant Amphitheater is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM. If interested in purchasing tickets, please visit us at www.livenation.com. For more questions, please contact us before your visit at charlotteboxoffice@livenation.com or call us at 704-549-1292.
The Box Office is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM.
The venue does not offer group ticket sales. If you have a large party that will be attending the show the only option would be through our Season Ticket Seating Department. Season Ticketing sells all VIP boxes, suites, and clubs at the venue that can accommodate larger parties than the standard ticket limit. Fill out the form on our Season Tickets tab to be contacted by someone from our team.
All our events will be Mobile Entry. That means your mobile device will be used to gain access to the event. Tickets will not be emailed or available for print.

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID. The Box Office at the venue is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM.
Will call tickets are available for pickup at the box office at Truliant Amphitheater. Please make sure that you have a photo ID matching the purchaser's name to pick up tickets. Any name changes need to go through Ticketmaster Customer Service- 800-653-8000.
Guests are not permitted to put tickets in will call for other guests to pick up. You will need to arrange to meet your party at the facility to deliver tickets.
Any tickets/passes being provided directly to you from the tour or other promotional company will be available for pickup at the Box Office on day of the concert, by later afternoon. This includes Meet and Greet passes, Backstage passes, Press passes, VIP/Seat tickets, etc. If your tickets/passes are not in the Box Office, it is your responsibility to confirm with your point-of-contact where the tickets/passes can be located. Staff will not contact any member of the tour for you.

Upgrades
We have Early Parking, Tailgate Parking, Oversized Parking, Reserved Premier, Ultra Premier and Premier Parking. Purchase parking upgrades here and then searching for the show you will attend.
Early Parking must arrive before general parking gates open. For Tailgate Parking, Oversize Parking, Reserved Premier, Ultra Premier and Premier Parking you must arrive before start time on ticket.
VIP Club access includes a private club with bar and private restrooms. Enjoy all the VIP amenities and access before and during the show. Be the envy of everyone with this exclusive access. Must have separate club pass along with concert ticket. One club voucher per ticket is required. Purchase VIP Club here and then searching for the show you will attend.
Enjoy the concert from one of our viewing decks located in Sections 4 and 10 at Truliant Amphitheater. Purchase viewing decks here and then searching for the show you will attend.
Fastest way to the PIT or LAWN for your favorite shows. Be one of the first into the venue. Head to the gate and present this voucher along with your concert ticket for early entry. One voucher per event ticket is required to gain early access. Purchase Fast Lane here and then searching for the show you will attend.
All you need to do is bring yourself, your show ticket, your lawn chair ticket and the deeply-rooted desire to have a GREAT TIME! Your lawn chair will be waiting for you and available for pickup at the lawn chair booths. Lawn chairs can be reserved by clicking here and then searching for the show you will attend.
NO NEED TO PACK A THING! Leave that bulky bag at home. All you need to do is bring yourself, your show ticket, your blanket ticket and the deeply-rooted desire to have a GREAT TIME! Your blanket will be waiting for you and available for pickup at the lawn chair booths. Show the staff your ticket, walk away with a blanket and it's yours to keep! The blanket sits two to three of your closest friends. A blanket can be purchased by clicking here and then searching for the show you will attend.
Parking Information
Parking is only available for concert attendees and is included in your ticket price. Parking upgrades (reserved premier, ultra premier, premier, early, tailgate, and oversized parking) are available for an additional cost. If you do not plan on going to the concert, you will not be permitted in our parking lots. Please park as directed by our local law enforcement and parking team so that we may park you as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Truliant Amphitheater has accessible parking located in our Accessible Parking lot in front of the Box Office. The Accessible Parking can be reached via Pavilion Blvd and you will see signs directing you upon arrival. Upon arrival on event day, inform staff you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Guests needing assistance who do not have a placard can be dropped off at the main entrance and use general parking. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. PNC Music Pavilion honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’ x 18’ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disabled parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. Traffic is controlled by local law enforcement and the venue. If there are any major traffic issues that will impact the start of the event we will post this information on our social media pages.
Motorcycles can park on the Motorcycle Pad, located near Pavilion Blvd in front of the box office. There is also a bike rack located at the Motorcycle Pad. Location of this parking is subject to change based on the event.
Busses, limos, and town cars are considered oversized vehicles and will be charged oversized vehicle parking fee if they will be remaining on site during the event. Busses that will be dropping off guests can leave the parking lot and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the event with no additional charge. Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department will be on site assisting to ensure all guests on busses are acting appropriately and within accordance of the law. *Subject to change based on event. Parking prices vary based on event and can be purchased in advance at www.livenation.com.
Truliant Amphitheater does not allow camping or overnight parking of any kind. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event will be subject to towing at the owner's expense. Guests park at your own risk.
DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS
Drop off areas are located at our A/B Administrative Parking Gate Entrance. Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Failure to adhere to Police and Parking Staff direction will result in ejection from the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers will not be permitted to pick up from the backstage parking area unless directed by staff.
Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event; they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue. Taxi & Ride-Share drop off location is located at the A/B parking entrance only.
Rideshare Pick up Location:
All Guests utilizing Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Etc..) after the concert must be picked up from the A/B Parking Gate Entrance Rideshare Pick Up Location. Pedestrians can follow signage to the A/B Road Rideshare Pick Up location.
Recommendation: For most efficient access to the Rideshare Pick up location, All Rideshare Drivers should enter A/B Parking Gate Entrance via Pavilion Blvd. from Rt 29.
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a DD ticket from guest services and you can enjoy one free fountain drink at any of our drink concessions.
Concessions
Truliant Amphitheater offers a wide variety of concession options throughout the venue. This includes cheeseburgers, hot dogs, nachos, pretzels, candy, popcorn, fountain soda (Pepsi Products), water, and energy drinks.

Truliant Amphitheater has a variety of delicious food and beverage options available for purchase. Please note that items and pricing are subject to change from event to event. For Purchase.
Truliant Amphitheater offers a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase during your time at the venue. You are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages into the venue. A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol- guests will be required to show ID every time they purchase.
Venue Policies
We allow clear bags no larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags no larger than 6”x9”. This applies to all bags including totes, clutches, and fanny packs. All bags are subject to search upon entry. Guests have the right to refuse a bag search and the venue has the right to refuse entry. If you have any items that are not allowed into the venue, please return them to your vehicle.
For bags clear bags larger than 12”x6”x12” and unclear bags larger than 6”x9" you do have the option to check these items for a fee at the Guest Services Booth.

• 1 factory sealed plastic bottle of water, non-frozen, up to 1 gallon (factory sealed or empty) or empty non-glass water bottle up to 1 gallon in size. Aluminum bottles, refillable plastic water bottles are permitted and must be empty upon entry. Camelbacks are not permitted. This policy is subject to change based on artist requests or safety considerations. *When elevated temperate program is activated – we allow 2 one gallon water jugs.
• Food in clear 1-gallon ziploc type bags
• Non-professional cameras (Pocket sized, point & shoot, no removable lenses)
• Umbrellas under 12 inches in closed length with a non pointed tip are permitted. Umbrellas are for use in the plazas only and may not obstruct the view of another patron.
• Guests are permitted to bring food in a clear ziploc bag up to one gallon in size.

YETI Hydration Stations
Refill your bottles and cups for free at the YETI water refill stations. Join YETI and Live Nation's efforts to reduce waste and stay hydrated. Complimentary water fill stations are located at Guest Services inside North Plaza.
Supplementary water is located at guest services booth at the main gates and south plaza.

PNC Management reserves the right to not allow other items deemed a security issue and/or hazard not included on this list.
SUBJECT TO CHANGE- The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch- it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check back for the show you will be attending to ensure that we will be allowing cameras in.
Cancellations will only occur in the event of severe weather, artist cancellation, or circumstances beyond control. In the event of a cancellation we will notify fans and any information about a potential rescheduled date will be made available. Refunds will be available at the point of purchase.
Truliant Amphitheater does not allow weapons of any kind on our property. Guests should follow all applicable laws regarding securing a weapon in a vehicle if they have it on them when they arrive. The venue will not secure weapons and will take no responsibility for any weapons left in vehicles.
You’ll find recycling bins throughout Truliant Amphitheater.
Truliant Amphitheater security and law enforcement are located throughout the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment. All security personnel are wearing white shirts and can assist with any questions or concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact our on-site staff if any assistance is needed.
When coming through the gates, please plan on security using walk through metal detectors and/or a physical pat down for our search procedures. All bags are subject to inspection. If you have a medical reason for not wanting to be searched via walk through metal detectors, please contact a supervisor and a pat-down search can be provided.
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with venue policy, state and local laws. Any guest that is acting in a manner that venue management deems unsafe can be subject to ejection. If a guest violates a state or local law they will be subject to any disciplinary action deemed necessary by local law enforcement. We reserve the right to deny entry to any guest for any reason.

Smoking is permitted in the plazas and lawn area only. If the smoke is bothering guests you may be asked to refrain from smoking or to move. We appreciate your cooperation.
All shows will go on rain or shine. However, in the event of severe weather we will keep our fans notified via our social media pages.

An event may be delayed, postponed, or canceled depending on the severity of the weather expected.
Lawn chairs are available for rent inside the venue on a show-by-show basis at the lawn chair stands at the top of the lawn and must be turned in at the end of the event. Outside lawn chairs are no longer permitted. Our rental chairs are 27.6” wide X 27.6” deep X 30.5” tall. No other chairs are permitted inside the venue. To rent a lawn chair in advance, click on the "UPGRADES AVAILABLE" dropdown on dropdown on our upgrade page and select "Lawn Chair Rental".

The main entrances to the venue is fully accessible. If you hold a VIP ticket, the VIP entrance to the venue includes a flat surface to get it on the north side of the venue. The closest gate near Accessible Parking is Gate 3 and Gate 2. If you have a question or need assistance when at the venue please see Guest Services located in Gate 2. Ticketing:
Accessible tickets located in our accessible section can be purchased online at livenation.com. You do not need to call the Box Office to place an order as all of our accessible tickets are available through our website. Look for the accessible logo on the Find Tickets page to view all available accessible seats. We do have accessible seating in every price range but be advised it does occasionally sell out. We have limited seating available for guests on the day of the event, so please make sure you purchase accessible seating when you purchase tickets. The box office at PNC Music Pavilion is open on show days starting at 12 PM.
Our accessible seating area can reach capacity early. Wheelchair and Companion Seating is located in sections 1,3,4, 7 and 9 in designated rows. Sight and Hearing Impaired Patrons and Companion Seating located in section 1 in designated rows. At the venue the walkway is paved and the seating sections are sloped. There is a ramp located to the right side of section 1 that connects to South Plaza. In North Plaza there is a ramp to get to the lawn walkway.
To find tickets in the Accessible Seating Area of the venue, select the Filters icon on the upper right of the page where you see available tickets. You will be shown your seat location once the ticket is selected.
Lawn:
Our lawn is uncovered and subjected to the elements. In bad weather, the terrain can become difficult to navigate, making some areas inaccessible for people in wheelchairs or with limited mobility. In North Plaza there is a ramp to get to the lawn walkway. There is a ramp located to the right side of section 1 that connects to South Plaza.

Medication Needs:
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Oversize bags for medical needs: Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.
Dietary Needs:
Truliant Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
Service Animals:
At Truliant Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure all guests, and their service animals are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) as dogs or miniature horses that are trained to do work to perform tasks related to people with disabilities. The work or task the service animal is trained to do must directly relate to the person's disability. Service animals must be housebroken. Service animals are required to behave and not repeatedly bark, growl, jump up or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Comfort animals, emotional support animals, and therapy dogs are not listed as service animals under Title III of the ADA. This also applies to the other species of animals wild or domestic, trained, or untrained. The ADA requires the service animal to be under the control of the handler. This may include using a harness, leash, or other tether. Our venue employees are not required to provide for, the care, or supervision of a service animal, including cleaning up after it. Service Animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs or tables in our food and beverage locations. Live Nation and our operating partners have the right to deny access to a dog that disrupts our operations.
Sign Language Interpretation:
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to charlotteboxoffice@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assisted Listening Devices:
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at the venue is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see a Guest Services member to get an Assisted Listening Device.

Mobility Device Storage:
Limited storage is available for wheelchairs, canes, walkers, and other mobility devices. If you need access to your device during the show, please contact a member of the guest services team. There is limited electrical connectivity in the venue; please contact the Box Office for more information.

Upon arrival on event day, inform staff you need accessible parking and they will direct you to this lot. A visible state-issued plate or placard is required to use an accessible parking spot. Guests needing assistance who do not have a placard can be dropped off at the main entrance and use general parking. Accessible parking is subject to availability and first-come, first-served. The venue honors any state-issued accessible parking placard for a vehicle that fits in a 9’ x 18’ parking space without impeding the people on either side of your vehicle. Oversized vehicles (e.g. stretch limos, RVs, buses, etc.) with a disabled parking placard will not be allowed to park in an accessible parking space. If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. Please only bring what is required for the duration of the event. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.

Oversize bags for medical needs: Guests requiring larger amounts of medically necessary supplies in reasonable quantities must be declared and subjected to additional screening upon entry. Security will put a medical tag on your bag. Only these items are not subjected to our baggage policy. Please inform the staff of this when you arrive at the gates.
Truliant Amphitheater takes pride in offering a variety of choices for guests with special dietary needs. You may request to speak with a member of our Food & Beverage team with specific questions or concerns. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requests, we cannot guarantee that they will be able to meet all requests.
At Truliant Amphitheater, we have specific guidelines to ensure that all guests—and their service animals—are supported throughout their visit.
Service animals are defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as dogs or miniature horses that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks directly related to a person’s disability. Service animals must be housebroken and remain under the control of their handler at all times. This may include the use of a harness, leash, or other tether.
Service animals are expected to behave appropriately and may not repeatedly bark, growl, jump on, or lunge at other guests or employees. Corrective action must be taken if the service animal is not behaving appropriately. Live Nation and its operating partners reserve the right to deny access to a service animal that disrupts venue operations.
Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, therapy dogs, and all other species—wild or domestic, trained or untrained—are not recognized as service animals under Title III of the ADA. The Met employees are not required to care for or supervise service animals, including cleaning up after them. Service animals must remain on the floor and are not allowed on dining chairs, tables, or other furniture in our food and beverage locations.
If your service animal needs access to a relief area, please contact a member of the Guest Services team. You will be directed to exit and re-enter the venue with their assistance.
If you will need an interpreter for an event, please email your request to charlotteboxoffice@livenation.com at least 2 weeks in advance, after you have purchased your tickets, so we can arrange for an interpreter for your show. When you arrive for the show, if you would like assistance getting to your seating area, please check in with the box office or a guest services supervisor. We would be happy to introduce you to your interpreter for the evening and take you to your seats.
Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) technology at the venue is powered by Listen Everywhere Technology™. This allows you to use your mobile device and headphones as your personal ALD. If you do not wish to use your device, please see a Guest Services member to get an Assisted Listening Device.
If you are having any issues using the Listen Everywhere app please let our Guest Services team know and they can help you get assistance. Additionally, If a listening device is required, please contact the venue at (704) 549-1292 in advance of the day of the concert to reserve a listening device for the concert.
