GATE TIMES
You can usually roll up 60-90 minutes before showtime, but check your specific event page for exact timings.

PARKING LOTS 
Please check social media and the email (used to purchase tickets) to see gate times for the show you're attending. General admission parking comes with your ticket. If you want easier entry, go for Reserved Premier, Ultra Premier or Premier Parking. There is also Early Parking, Truliant Tailgate Area Parking and Oversized.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP AREAS

Drop off areas are located at our A/B Administrative Parking Gate Entrance.  Please let the parking staff know that you are dropping someone off and they will direct you. Failure to adhere to Police and Parking Staff direction will result in ejection from the facility. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers will not be permitted to pick up from the backstage parking area unless directed by staff.

Guests cannot remain in their vehicles during the event; they must drop off and return 45 minutes prior to the end of the show. If you are not back within 45 minutes of the end of the event, you will not be allowed to enter until the majority of cars have exited the parking lot. Local law enforcement will shut down all incoming traffic and only allow traffic out of the venue. Taxi & Ride-Share drop off location is located at the A/B parking entrance only.

Rideshare Pick up Location:

All Guests utilizing Rideshare (Uber, Lyft, Etc..) after the concert must be picked up from the A/B Parking Gate Entrance Rideshare Pick Up Location.  Pedestrians can follow signage to the A/B Road Rideshare Pick Up location.

Recommendation: For most efficient access to the Rideshare Pick up location, All Rideshare Drivers should enter A/B Parking Gate Entrance via Pavilion Blvd. from Rt 29.

MOBILE ENTRY ONLY

Phone troubles? Visit the box office on event day for assistance. Be prepared to show your ID. The Box Office at the venue is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM. 

CONTACTLESS PAYMENTS ONLY
We’re a cash-free venue. If you arrive without a debit or credit card, head to an information booth and they’ll exchange cash for card (for free). Cash to Card kiosk located in North Plaza. For fans that wish to use cash, Cash to Card conversion will be available at the upsell tent, located in both the North and South concession plazas.

BOX OFFICE 
The Box Office is only open day-of-show, starting at 12 PM.

THE MERCH
Find merch at our Merchandise booths in the North and South plazas. For some events, you’ll find extra booths in the west plaza and outside of the gates.

DESIGNATED DRIVERS
Are you the responsible fan tonight? The designated driver program has you covered. Pick up a DD ticket from guest services and you can enjoy one free fountain drink at any of our drink concessions.

RECYCLING 
You’ll find recycling bins throughout Truliant Amphitheater.

TAILGATING 
Yes, you can hang out with your friends before the show. Once the gates open, you’ll be asked to head inside the venue.
